EcoTech Solutions needed a platform to collect, process, and analyze data from 100K+ IoT devices (smart meters, sensors) deployed across Europe. The existing system couldn't scale, had data accuracy issues, and lacked real-time alerting. They needed a robust solution that could handle massive data ingestion, provide real-time analytics, and alert on anomalies.
We built a scalable IoT platform using Python with FastAPI for the backend, TimescaleDB for time-series data storage, and RabbitMQ for message queuing. Implemented real-time data processing pipeline, anomaly detection using machine learning, automated alerting system, and comprehensive analytics dashboard. The platform is deployed on Kubernetes for high availability.
